Greg Owens is TeamWorks Lead Listing Specialist. He works exclusively with his buyers, his attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace are great assets for his clients.

Formerly from Canada, Greg worked for many years as a crime reporter and lived in Guam before moving to Manatee County. Greg worked as an editor for the Bradenton Herald and was a local corespondant for Bay News 9 before his career move into Real Estate.

Mike Polachek is an experienced Lead Buyers Specialist for TeamWorks. Mike takes a consultant approach to finding buyer's homes, and works exclusively with them to be certain they find the home that fits their every need.

Mike has been in the service industry for more than 30 years. He began his career by servicing a paper route as a teenager and then moved into a 23-year career with a Fortune 500 company managing retail drug stores winning several sales and manager-of-the-year awards. He joined the Keller Williams team in 2005 and is now fulfilling a life-long dream of owning his own business. Mike has a heart and passion for helping others and follows the values based on the Keller Wiliams philosophy of God, Family and Business. Not only does he strive for excellance in his business, but he has a heart for Ministry in his local church where he and his wife are also beginning to start a blended family life group.

A 32 year Real Estate Finance Executive, Scott managed one of the countries largest bank mortgage servicing portfolios. He has extensive experience in foreclosure and REO management giving him a lenders insight into short sales. Scott also has many years experience helping both first time homebuyers and experienced home buyers obtain the financing that works best for them.

Scott specializes in water front properties and serves the areas of Venice, Port Charlotte, Englewood, Cape Haze, Placida, Rotonda, North Port, Punta Gorda, South Gulf Cove and Gulf Cove.

Scott is a Chicago native, a US Air Force veteran, and a Colorado resident for 43 years. Scott graduated from Regis University in Denver with a degree in Business Administration. His interests include woodworking, boating, fishing and snorkeling vacations in Hawaii and the Florida Keys. He also loves to play golf but will never impress anyone with his skills. Kathy and Scott have been married for 43 years, have 3 great children and 6 wonderful grandkids, ages 5 to 18

Warren "Chewy" Peterson is TeamWorks affordable housing specialist. He works with the first time home buyer to the investor. Being an investor himself, he knows what it takes to go from the first timer to the investor.

Chewy has lived in Manatee County for 27yrs. Graduated class of '95 from Manatee High School. After high school he started a 5yr. career at Sysco Food Service. He then became the owner of GRD Hauling and Land Services, and then started CHEW-EE Property Investment Group. Chewy and his wife are also partners in Martial Smart of Ellenton where Darcy is also an instructor. 2009 was the start of his real estate career at Keller Williams. He is dedicated to the growth of the community, where he plans to raise his two girls in the same area that he has grown to love.
