A 32 year Real Estate Finance Executive, Scott managed one of the countries largest bank mortgage servicing portfolios. He has extensive experience in foreclosure and REO management giving him a lenders insight into short sales. Scott also has many years experience helping both first time homebuyers and experienced home buyers obtain the financing that works best for them.

Chewy has lived in Manatee County for 27yrs. Graduated class of '95 from Manatee High School. After high school he started a 5yr. career at Sysco Food Service. He then became the owner of GRD Hauling and Land Services, and then started CHEW-EE Property Investment Group. Chewy and his wife are also partners in Martial Smart of Ellenton where Darcy is also an instructor. 2009 was the start of his real estate career at Keller Williams.
